Itinerary
L'Érablière Meunier, in Richelieu, is a family business established in 1920 by farmer Roger Meunier. His son Raymond, then his grandson Philippe inherited the maple syrup production and restaurant techniques. Over the years, the company transformed to better meet customer needs, including the acquisition of a woodlot totalling 4,000 maple trees. A rustic boiling shack enhances the décor, where guests taste maple taffy and where a gift shop offers terroir products.
