FAYS is an artisan chocolaterie founded by Mathilde Fays, a chocolatier and pastry chef following in her father's footsteps, nestled in the heart of the Oka region. The chocolaterie reinvents traditions in bold gourmet bites, marrying terroir flavours with high-quality chocolates. Beyond fine chocolates and pastries, seasonal ephemeral creations emerge throughout the year: Christmas Yule logs, dark chocolate-coated blueberries, limited editions. In summer, a terrace invites guests to savour tasting boards, artisan ice cream and seasonal lemonades. Québec products are a constant source of inspiration for Mathilde, who loves to shake up classics with unexplored flavours and surprising pairings.
