L'Érablière du Cap
In Lévis, L'Érablière du Cap celebrates sugar season year-round with traditional family dishes and homemade maple syrup. An authentic Québec experience, from the production tour to the dining room meal.
L'Érablière du Cap, in Lévis, has been operated by the Tardif family for nearly 25 years. The establishment celebrates sugar season year-round, welcoming Québécois loyal to the spring season as well as international tourists discovering maple traditions. A tour of the maple syrup production facilities precedes a typically Québécois meal in the dining room. Traditional dishes — pea soup, maple syrup baked beans, meat pie, oreilles de crisse, crêpes — have been in the family for generations and are cooked with Québec products.
