
Co-founded by Mélissa Corbeil in 2016, the restaurant was born from a deep passion for the culinary arts, human connection, and a desire to showcase local producers. Since opening, Les Fous-Braques has been committed to delivering a warm, authentic, and bold dining experience.
The cuisine is inspired by Québec’s terroir and the changing seasons. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight local flavors through creative, generous, and approachable plates, always prepared with fresh, carefully selected ingredients.
