
Lueur opened in 2024 as a bar-cuisine devoted to a relaxed culinary experience, faithful to authenticity and respect for the terroir. With just 14 counter seats, the house allows direct interaction with the chefs, who prepare each dish in front of guests. The à la carte menu showcases seasonal local products from the region's farms, forests and rivers, carrying forward the family tradition of Laurie Raphaël.
