Every morning from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the Gault restaurant invites you to start your day in style with a breakfast inspired by the great French and European culinary traditions, crafted by French chef Cédric Deslandes.
Trained in France and steeped in the culinary traditions of the Old Continent, Chef Deslandes infuses every dish with refined sensibility, where the quality of ingredients takes precedence and classics are elevated with precision. His lunch menu reflects this heritage: golden pastries, artisanal breads, yogurt with granola, and seasonal fruits sit alongside heartier creations such as Quebec eggs served with artisanal sausages, beans, and sautéed potatoes.
Smoked salmon graces a Montreal bagel topped with cream cheese and capers, creating a perfect harmony between local terroir and European influences. The Eggs Benedict, delicately drizzled with a homemade hollandaise sauce, showcase the attention to detail that defines Cédric Deslandes’s cuisine. Maple syrup pancakes, grilled cheese with Oka cheese and prosciutto, or oatmeal with oat milk round out a menu that is as comforting as it is refined. The restaurant is Aliments du Québec certified.
Each meal is served with regular coffee, tea, or juice—an invitation to take your time, French-style.
