La Relève Gourmande is the ITHQ's pedagogical application restaurant, run by teachers and students from the cuisine, pastry, management and service programs. The table is open to the public for lunch and dinner during the school year, from September to May. The cuisine showcases fresh, seasonal and quality ingredients, in a spirit that trains the next generation of Quebec gastronomy professionals by teaching them to work with local products. La Relève Gourmande offers an experience where guests support student learning while discovering the know-how of Quebec producers and the richness of the terroir.
