Led by Victor, Marc-Antoine and Marcela, the restaurant offers a regularly renewed menu, highlighting almost exclusively Québec ingredients. Their approach draws inspiration from experiences in agriculture and farm tables, nourishing a cuisine rooted in the territory and the seasons. The Terroirs space is welcoming, with a terrace that extends the experience on sunny days.
