Bistro de la Mer is the culmination of a family passion for fishing, passed down through generations. Bernard Lauzier, who remembers his outings on the river with his father and grandfather, founded Poissonnerie Lauzier in 1996, then Bistro de la Mer in 2007 in Kamouraska. Family recipes shine in every dish, in a convivial atmosphere that showcases the best of marine Kamouraska. In 2024, a new location opened in Rivière-du-Loup. The team maintains a privileged relationship with local fishers, a bond of proximity that guarantees the quality and freshness of products.
