Les Mal-aimés
A fine-dining table set in a market garden farm and dark-sky reserve, Les Mal-Aimés cooks garden harvests and the best local products over a wood fire. A rural and refined experience between fields and velvet.
Les Mal-Aimés is a fine-dining restaurant set at the heart of a market garden farm and a dark-sky reserve, the result of a meeting between a chef and a market gardener. Opened in 2023, the project showcases fruits and vegetables grown on site as well as the best local products, prepared over a wood fire. The cuisine offers an experience that contrasts farm and elegance, fields and velvet, fine wines and weathered wood. Les Mal-Aimés celebrates an unapologetic rural gastronomy, rooted in proximity to Haut-Saint-François artisans and seasonality. The restaurant was recommended in the first Quebec edition of the MICHELIN Guide in 2025—a recognition maintained for 2026—and has also been awarded the MICHELIN Green Star, highlighting the chefs' commitment to sustainable gastronomy
