Les Mal-Aimés is a fine-dining restaurant set at the heart of a market garden farm and a dark-sky reserve, the result of a meeting between a chef and a market gardener. Opened in 2023, the project showcases fruits and vegetables grown on site as well as the best local products, prepared over a wood fire. The cuisine offers an experience that contrasts farm and elegance, fields and velvet, fine wines and weathered wood. Les Mal-Aimés celebrates an unapologetic rural gastronomy, rooted in proximity to Haut-Saint-François artisans and seasonality.
