RESPAWN: Balanced – Medium-Dark Roast Perfectly balanced, this coffee will raise you from the dead at any time of the day! RESPAWN combines the smoothness of AFK and the intensity of BR to suit all brewing styles, such as latte, cappuccino, espresso and filter. You will be delighted … and alive! RESPAWN is a well balanced medium-Dark blend and promises perfectly balanced coffees. It therefore consists of two roasts: Medium and Dark. Dark coffee gives tangy flavors and ensures a successful crema . Black coffee, for its part, balances the acidity, brings a noble bitterness like that of a quality dark chocolate, prolongs the flavors in the mouth and enhances the full-bodied taste sought in a cappuccino or a latte. Although compatible with all espresso machines, RESPAWN was also created for enthusiasts who own an automatic machine with an integrated grinder. Adding black coffee enhances coffees made with a weaker brew system than a traditional espresso machine. The automatic espresso machine market is huge and offers a more intense blend for this segment . For cappuccino and latte, RESPAWN is ideal because its intensity remains even when mixed with milk. We recommend a slightly larger grind size than recommended for the AFK. All our products also make excellent filter coffees.
