Bleuetière Marland, located in Sainte-Marie in the Beauce region, is first and foremost a farming operation that has diversified its food offering. In 2016, a dairy bar showcasing the farm's fruit and maple products was added, followed in 2019 by a Neapolitan pizza counter. Pizzaiolo chef Stéphane Gagné Fortier combines the flavours of market garden harvests and local farm products with Neapolitan expertise, in a rural and authentic setting. Cooking with Québec products is the establishment's raison d'être, since the team is, above all, composed of agricultural producers.
