The farm transforms its harvests into fries, chips, poutines, gnocchis, gratins, soups, croquettes and salads, complemented by ingredients sourced mainly on the property or from producer friends. Guests can dine on site and enjoy the agritourism setting, or take home fresh or vacuum-sealed prepared meals.
