La ferme d'Achille
Established in 2009 in Saint-Ubalde, in Quebec's Portneuf region, La Ferme d'Achille grows and processes organic sea buckthorn. True to its zero-waste approach, the farm uses the whole plant, from seed to leaf: L'Argouille sparkling beverages, kombucha, pure juice, seed oil, herbal teas, granola and condiments. Artisanal products, made in small batches right on the farm.
