The Catimor variety is one of the pillars of the environmental heritage of the Renacer plantation and its cultural imagination. Named La Corriente because of the important presence of waterfalls, streams and rivers meandering the plantation, a must for mountain life. It is in tribute to this precious water that we named our first café, La Corriente, a Spanish translation of a stream. Origin: Arabica Unique variety: Catimor Region: Nicaragua, Matagalpa Province Farm: Finca Renacer Altitude: 1200m Cultivated in biodynamic microlots of nearly 12 ha Available in roasted, filter ground or espresso beans Aromas and flavours: Caramel and dark chocolate Limited but stable range of flavours
