Product Description: Specialty malt ranging from light to medium amber in color, with malty and sweet aromas, and notes of honey, crusty bread, and caramel. Applications: Developed to enhance beer color, sweetness, and aromatic complexity. Provides amber to reddish hues and flavors of honey, caramel, and dried fruits. Recommended at 5% to 15% in your recipes. Perfect for Amber Ales, Märzens, or any darker beer. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Ideally between 15 °C and 20 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Avoid temperature fluctuations. Under ideal storage conditions, the product can be used up to 18 months after production.
