Product Description: This base malt stands out for its exceptionally pale color, allowing for a bright, clear wort. Its subtle aromatic profile combines gentle cereal notes with a touch of sweetness and offers a rounder mouthfeel than standard pale malts. It is the palest malt in our range, alongside our Traditional Pilsner, and is designed to provide a neutral, high-performing foundation. Applications: Ideal for all beer styles, this malt is particularly well-suited for delicate brews such as lagers, kölschs, and pilsners, where clarity and subtle aromas are essential. Its modern formulation enhances mouthfeel while meeting the demands of brewers in the industry. Usage Precautions: As with all pilsner-style malts, this product has a higher potential for DMS (dimethyl sulfide) formation. We recommend a vigorous boil during brewing to ensure optimal final product quality. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15°C and 20°C, with relative humidity below 60%. Avoid temperature fluctuations. Under optimal conditions, the malt retains its full quality for up to 18 months after production.
