Made from 100% milk sourced from our Quebec dairy producers, this cheese is a firm, unripened cheese. It contains no added modified milk ingredients. It is crafted using the traditional Armenian method, meaning it is hand-stretched by our cheesemakers. It retains its signature elasticity and is seasoned with just the right amount of salt.
