Handmade pasta Sauce VEGETABLE

The vegetable sauce stands out for its taste, its design and the ingredients that compose it. It is made only of vegetables (therefore without any meat) which are all cut by hand. These are roughly cut to maintain their crispness. The base of this sauce is composed of Italian tomatoes to which is added a variety of fresh vegetables: carrots, onions, diced tomatoes, celery, mushrooms, peppers and leeks.
