Once dried, jalapeno takes on a naturally smoky flavor. It is then called chipotle. It’s a medium-strength pepper. We’ve added a refreshing note of lime combined with several other ingredients. A blend you can use with both red and white meat, as well as fish, vegetables, sauces and more. A universal blend. Combining spicy Mexican flavors, it won’t overwhelm your palate.
