Hurricane Nassau

My Peppermaster Hurricane Nassau is the original version (1962) of my favourite; a simple, clean, and very hot all purpose hot sauce. Many families in Nassau would serve fresh pepper and cut limes at the table and everyone would have a little side dish to crush the amount of pepper they wanted with some lime using the back of a spoon. All I have done is expand this technique into a full line of Hurricanes to satisfy all heat levels from zero heat to extreme. With it’s unique fruity flavour It amplifies all other flavours in whatever you are eating. Show less
