Peppermaster Infusions are a line of rubs and seasonings that force fresh locally grown peppers into dehydrated ingredients. This one was developed back in my childhood living in the Bahamas. This upscale Jerk Rub is made with the finest Jamaican allspice, organic thyme, loads of organic ginger, and real Tellicherry peppercorns.
