Inspired by Montreal’s terroir, this blend is slightly spicier than our Magog steak spices. Ideal for barbecue season, it’s a perfect addition to any cooked meat, beef being an excellent match. Sprinkled in a vegetable papillote or a dash in a sauce, it’s an all-rounder that’s sure to please everyone. Add them at the very end of cooking to avoid burning and giving the meat a bitter taste.
