This chocolate bar is crafted with Lumina 70% organic dark chocolate* (vegan) by Bassan Chocolat, made in Gaspésie, Québec. This exceptional bean-to-bar chocolate is produced from a blend of Trinitario cacao beans, offering delicate notes of tropical fruit with a gentle brightness.
Paired with red and yellow raspberries**, Lumina chocolate delivers a truly vibrant tasting experience.
The team at Bassan works directly with small-scale cacao growers, creating a shorter supply chain and ensuring complete traceability. Every cacao bean is carefully selected to express the unique character of its origin, allowing each terroir to shine through.
**The yellow and red raspberries are grown at Ferme Bourdelais in Lavaltrie, Québec. Their ethical and sustainable farming practices closely reflect our own values. We chose their freeze-dried berries because they preserve exceptional flavour while retaining their nutritional qualities.
Our chocolate bars are made without soy lecithin, a common allergen often found in chocolate.
