Members of the ATCQ launched larouteducafe.ca, a website designed to introduce coffee lovers to the art of roasting coffee in Québec. With more than half of roasters established in the last five years, Québec’s roasted coffee scene is booming, extending beyond major cities to reach every region of the province. The Coffee Route is thus an invitation to explore the secrets behind locally roasted coffee and to understand the added value of buying from a local roaster.
