2025 Winner : Microbrasserie Le Presbytère
Congratulations to Microbrasserie Le Presbytère in Saint-Stanislas-de-Champlain, Mauricie, named the winner of the 2025 Prix restaurateur Aliments du Québec au menu!
Their approach stands out for its authenticity and coherence: a creative terroir-inspired menu called “Acte de foi,” craft beers that highlight local ingredients, a thoughtful selection of other Quebec-made beverages, and an on-site shop that offers even more locally sourced products to discover. Their involvement in various food-focused events further reflects a remarkable commitment that is both grounded and deeply inspiring.

The Aliments du Québec au menu recognition program, created by Aliments du Québec in collaboration with the Association Restauration Québec (ARQ) in 2014, now brings together more than 1,000 restaurants that give pride of place to Quebec food products in their kitchens.
Building on this initiative, the Prix restaurateur Aliments du Québec au menu was launched in 2018 to highlight, among the program’s recognized establishments, those that stand out for their actions and commitment to sourcing, using, and showcasing Quebec foods to their customers.
How to take part in the Prix restaurateur?
The Prix restaurateur Aliments du Québec au menu returns every year! To be eligible as a candidate restaurant for this special prize, you must be a member of the Aliments du Québec au menu program.
