Tasting notes Visual : Without bulles and sirupy, with a strong yellow colour and a caramel gleams. Nose : Complex and aromatic, this cider provides apple, smoky wood and spice aromas. Taste : Less sweet than its Mistelle counterparts, the sugariness of the apple juice is still perceivable. It provides a long finish of ripe apples and spices, given by the oak barils, like caramel, coco and vanilla. The product presents a perfect equilibrium between the apple flavours and the heat of the Brandy! Pairing : Excellent as a digestive or with a strong cheese plater. Also excellent to make sauces.
