An IPA with 7.5% alcohol and a generous amount of hops. This slightly cloudy beer, with tropical and cereal flavors, releases less bitterness than classic IPAs. We detect a light body absent in residual sugars, hence the term `Brut`. It goes harmoniously with fruity dishes. La CHIENNE À JACQUES, a clothing style that has the village talking, combining socket boots, a torn coat, questionable headgear and a finished character on the `rought`.
