Tasting notes Visual : Medium effervescence with a light yellow colour with straw gleams. Nose : Fine and light, this cider provides fresh apple aromas. Taste : Very light and refreshing, the McIntosh taste is dominant and procures a crisp apple flavour. A hint of sweetness gives a more than welcomed finish and the carbonation provides a very festive feel! Pairing : Excellent as an aperitif or for cocktails like a Black velvet.
