Organic Unbleached White Pastry Flour

This Organic unbleached white pastry flour is made from organic wheat containing less protein, which makes it not ideal for bread-making. We removed bran to give it the lightness needed to make it perfect for pastries. This flour will absorb less water then an white unbleached all purpose flour. Show less
