Semi-soft cheese with a washed rind with L’Étoffe du pays beer L’Étoffe du pays! This robust beer (9% alcohol) with aromas of plums, raisins and dried fruits empregnates the rind with its amber nuances to create a truly enjoyable cheese. Created by the Côte-du-Sud artisanal microbrewery in Montmagny and the Islands, it gives the cheese a unique, mild and slightly herbaceous taste.
