Marinade Tutipis

Tutipis is the foundation. It’s that traditional marinade found in almost every Haitian kitchen. It takes you back to your childhood, to the smell of dishes slowly cooking in your mom’s and grandma’s kitchens. We use it for rice and beans, stews, soups, or to marinate meat and fish.
