
Le Petit Mas is an organic garlic farm located in Martinville, in Quebec’s Estrie region. For over 30 years, we have been both growers and processors, and among the first in Quebec to cultivate organic garlic. We are especially known for our signature product: fermented garlic scapes.
We produce over 50 tonnes of garlic annually, and our value-added products are available in more than 900 retail locations across Quebec and Canada.
