A marriage of flavors between apples from Ferme Genest and blackcurrants from Monna Cassis et Filles. This product seamlessly blends the incomparable fruitiness of blackcurrants with the freshness of apples this fall: love, passion, and experience! What more could you ask for? A burst of caramel that will make you want to savor every bite and recommend it to others. It was during an experiential visit to Monna Cassis et Filles on Île d’Orléans—and thanks to our valuable partnership with the popular Ferme Genest in Saint-Nicolas—that we came up with the idea to create a collaboration that would showcase our three distinct businesses: an Apple and Blackcurrant Caramel.
