Event Prix restaurateur Aliments du Québec au menu 2026
On Monday, September 28, 2026, the Grand Hall of the Musée de la civilisation in Québec City will host the Prix restaurateur Aliments du Québec au menu 2026, a festive and vibrant evening celebrating the energy and creativity of Québec’s culinary scene.
The evening will also mark Aliments du Québec’s 30th anniversary and is reserved for restaurateurs and businesses that are members of Aliments du Québec, offering a chance to celebrate those who help showcase Québec-grown and Québec-made foods.
Presented by Colabor and the Association Restauration Québec, the evening will be hosted by Geneviève O’Gleman and feature a varied program, with plenty of opportunities to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate together.

Event Program
3:00 p.m. — Welcome and self-guided visit of the Musée de la civilisation
4:00 p.m. — Opening remarks
4:15 p.m. — Panel discussion with three guests from the restaurant industry
5:15 p.m. — Culinary challenge
6:00 p.m. — Announcement of the 2026 Restaurateur Award winner
6:15 p.m. — Cocktail reception featuring delicious bites and local products
Prizes will also be awarded throughout the evening, and each guest will receive a gift. The full program will be unveiled very soon!

Cocktail reception only (6:00–8:00 p.m.): $30
