Côté Est was born in Kamouraska from the dream of introducing the best of Eastern Québec through simple, authentic dishes made with local products. The small 20-seat bistro has grown to offer nearly 130 seats, including 85 on the riverside terrace. The establishment now spans several formats: wine bar, gourmet market, wine boutique and outdoor summer cantina. The team works alongside artisans, producers and enthusiasts of the region to introduce the diversity and quality of Eastern Québec products.
