Tasting notes Visual : Without bulles and sirupy, with a strong yellow colour and orange gleams. Nose : Complex and aromatic, this cider provides baked apple aromas. Taste : The sweetness and voluptuousness of the concentrated juice are extremely present since there is no fermentation nor aging required for this product. There is a beautiful balance between the alcohol and juice, rendering a very pleasant taste. The baked apple flavours are dominant, which makes it feel as though you are drinking an apple pie! Pairing : Excellent as a digestive or dessert, but especially with a cheese plater and foie gras. Also excellent to make sauces. Show less
