ALIMEXI Foods is a family-owned Québec company based in Dorval, on the Island of Montréal, specializing in wheat tortillas and gluten-free tortillas*. We combine traditional Mexican know-how with local manufacturing to produce soft, flavourful and high-performing tortillas for both consumers and foodservice professionals.
Our product range includes certified organic TILLA BIO tortillas — Wheat, Spelt, Cactus and 7-Grains —, wheat tortillas for foodservice, natural preservative-free tortillas, as well as keto and gluten-free* tortillas. We believe in simple, plant-based recipes made primarily with carefully selected local ingredients, designed to meet today's evolving consumer expectations.
We also develop custom tortilla solutions for food manufacturers, restaurants and institutions. Drawing on our formulation expertise, we help our partners bring their ideas to life with distinctive tortillas: low-sodium, protein- or fiber-enriched, organic, keto or gluten-free, with or without preservatives, and available in custom diameters, thicknesses and formats.
