Product Description: Pale base malt with light malty, clean, and sweet aromas, offering more body than our 2-row pale malt. Produces a clear wort, slightly darker than our standard pale malt. Applications: Ideal for English-style beers, especially light ales with character. Properties: Under-modified, developed for decoction systems, but suitable for standard systems to: • Add body to the beer • Slightly lower attenuation • Improve foam retention Precautions: When used above 40%, there is a risk of stuck mash. If usage exceeds 40%, temperature rests are recommended to break down β-glucans and complex proteins. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Ideally between 15 °C and 20 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Avoid temperature fluctuations. Under ideal storage conditions, the product can be used up to 18 months after production.
