Fromagerie St-Guillaume is located in the peaceful village of Saint-Guillaume, in the Drummond Regional County Municipality (MRC) of Centre-du-Québec. Building on a tradition spanning over 85 years, our experienced cheesemakers now transform more than 40 million litres of milk annually into fresh cheddar cheese (Le P’tit Frais Cheddar Curds), mild, medium (6 months), old (1 year), and extra-old (2 years) cheddar, Baya Halloumi (grilling cheese), Parmesan, brick, Monterey Jack, Swiss, Emmental, Mozzarella, and tortillon.
The unbeatable freshness of our Le P’tit Frais cheese curds and our fresh daily cheddar blocks has contributed to building the cheese factory's reputation since 1940. This is made possible in particular thanks to our exceptional and exclusive network of 36 distributors who crisscross the roads of France every morning from the early hours to deliver cheeses made overnight and fresh from the vat.
If you are lactose intolerant, don't deprive yourself of the pleasures of cheese! Fromagerie St-Guillaume offers a wide variety of lactose-free cheeses that have the same texture and delicious taste as all our other cheeses. Available in blocks, slices, and grated in several formats, simply look for the lactose-free label on our packaging! Here is the list of lactose-free cheeses: old Cheddar, extra-old Cheddar, 3-cheese Fondue Mix, Italian-style Blend, Swiss, Emmental, Brick, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan.
