Beef patties

Beef patties (semi-lean/choice 2x3x5x140g),prepared from lean carcass trimmings, without shank meat. Tendons, crunchy cartilage, dried black blood and excess fat have been removed during trimming. Following specific recipes approved by Quality Control, the trimmings are mixed and ground (2) times before production. The ground meat is passed through a round patty-forming machine and shaped to 5oz. The patty falls onto a belt to be boxed as it is produced. The box is immediately identified and stored in the freezer to meet market requirements. The package consists of two 3-cavity plastic sheets; each cavity holds five 140g patties. Each sheet is vacuum-sealed to maximize shelf life. Halal certified Show less
