Anne-Marie wanted it low in sugar so her children would eat it from the spoon without guilt, while Etienne wanted to satisfy his sweet tooth. The result: a sweet and tangy spread in a perfect balance to consume without moderation. We harvest our figs at full maturity so that they offer maximum flavor. Our fresh fig spread, one of the first made in Quebec, is our way of offering you the delights of figs all year round, even when our fig trees are immersed in their dormancy of the winter months.
