Burleigh's is an artisan business based in Stanstead, Quebec, dedicated to preserving family recipes passed down from my grandmothers from Quebec's Lower North Shore. We produce traditional chow in small batches, celebrating Quebec's culinary heritage while introducing this unique regional condiment to a new generation.
