Tasting notes Visual : Without bubbles and sirupy, with a strong red colour and garnet gleams. Nose : Complex and aromatic, this cider provides red berry and candied apple aromas. Taste : Sweet and voluptuous, the red berry profile of the Geneva is very expressive and is followed by an intense candied apple flavour. A tarte finish provides an appreciated freshness and gives the impression that the product is less sweet than it actually is. Pairing : Excellent as a dessert, with cheese, pâté, foie gras or a cheesecake with dark chocolate coulis. Show less
