Tasting notes Visual : Without bubbles with a light yellow colour and a straw gleams. Nose : Fine and aromatic, this cider provides fresh apple and floral aromas. Taste : The apple notes are subdued, evoking the taste of wine. The McIntosh brings a hint of acidity that provides freshness and the Lobo brings roundness to the product. The finish is of white floral notes. During a blind tasting, this cider could be confused with white wine, it is therefore perfect to give a cider septic! Pairing : Excellent as an aperitif, to replace white wine or simply with fish, sea food, chicken or even pork. Show less
